Perceptual Motor Program

P.M.P. is a program for prep students that aims to develop children’s, perceptions and understandings of themselves and their world through movement and motor experiences. It aims to develop perceptions of:

  • time and space
  • the pattern and order of the child’s natural world
  • the laws and limitations that govern the human body

The P.M.P program at St Benedict’s takes place over two terms and is run with the assistance of parent helpers.
